Head of Investor Relations (EMEA)
About the Role
You will lead capital raising efforts targeting Family Offices, HNWIs and crypto-native allocators. You will build and convert a robust investor pipeline, conduct direct outreach and attend industry events, and act as the primary point of contact for investors. You will manage the full investor lifecycle including onboarding, ongoing communication and redemptions, handle DDQs, RFIs and due diligence, maintain CRM and investor records, produce and maintain investor materials such as pitch decks and factsheets, coordinate with marketing on events and conferences, and grow the IR function over time.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in investor relations, capital raising or business development within asset management, alternatives or crypto
- Demonstrable experience raising capital from Family Offices and HNWIs with existing relationships in the FO/HNWI ecosystem
- Strong understanding of hedge fund and alternative investment structures
- Confident, credible communicator in investor-facing settings
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean team

- Maintain CRM and investor records
- Produce and maintain investor materials such as pitch decks and factsheets
- Coordinate with marketing and attend investor events and conferences
- Grow the IR team to scale over time
- Support brand building and refine messaging and fundraising strategy with senior management
