Head of Marketing

About the Role

You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy, own and execute the marketing roadmap, and translate deep technical product work into clear narratives for diverse audiences. You will develop channels outside Web3, run social and performance marketing for developer acquisition, optimize conversion through A/B testing and automated flows, build and scale a high-performing marketing function, and manage vendors, freelancers, and marketing operations across SEO, content, events, and analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience including 3+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of owning and driving end-to-end marketing strategy and operations
  • Familiarity with token ecosystems community growth and network participation
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear compelling narratives
  • Experience leading and scaling a marketing function and managing agencies or distributed teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with founders engineering and business development
  • Excellent external-facing communication experience for media conferences and ecosystem engagements
  • Highly organized and data-driven with experience using analytics to refine strategy
