Head of Marketing

About the Role

You will define and execute the integrated marketing strategy for both direct-to-consumer and B2B2C white-label channels. You will translate business goals into quarterly marketing plans, run data-driven growth and performance campaigns, and build a multidisciplinary marketing team. You will lead brand, content, and communications efforts, design reporting frameworks and A/B tests, and partner with Product, Sales, Experience, Finance, and Operations to launch features and forecast marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in digital-first platforms, marketplaces, travel booking, rewards, or commerce technology
  • Prior experience inside an online travel booking platform or marketplace
  • 3–5 years of experience as a senior marketing leader with responsibility for growth and team leadership
  • Experience supporting B2B2C or white-label SaaS platform marketing and enterprise partner go-to-market
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing roadmaps, campaigns, and metrics
  • Deep expertise in growth and performance marketing and multi-channel acquisition and retention
  • Experience building and leading teams through high-growth phases
  • Ability to own functions from ideation through execution with high accountability
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and creative direction
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, CRM, and automation tools
  • Evolving understanding of AI Search and Agentic AI
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Craft integrated marketing strategy for D2C and B2B2C channels
  • Translate business objectives into quarterly marketing plans
  • Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and marketing budget management
  • Manage data-driven strategies to improve CAC/LTV ratios
  • Design and execute A/B tests and analytics to optimize campaigns
  • Oversee paid and organic customer acquisition across channels
  • Develop reporting frameworks for performance visibility
  • Refine brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction
  • Manage content and editorial strategy to support SEO and discovery
  • Oversee public relations via external agency
  • Ensure consistent customer and partner touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Experience on integrations and launches
  • Lead co-marketing and partner promotional initiatives
  • Work with Finance and Operations to forecast marketing ROI
