Head of Partnerships and Solutions Architecture

About the Role

You will lead partnership engagements and design technical solutions that turn joint ideas into prototypes and production-ready offerings. You will work directly with enterprises, fintechs, and platform partners to scope, architect, and deliver secure smart contract solutions. You will drive measurable revenue outcomes, mentor solutions architects, influence product roadmaps by feeding partner insights, and represent the organization at industry events. Expect to prototype with partners, coordinate proof-of-concept deliveries, and travel up to 40%.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in solutions architecture, product strategy, or partnership development
  • Demonstrated revenue achievement and sales success, including supporting or closing enterprise deals of $10M+
  • Experience building and expanding sales pipelines that exceed targets
  • Strong technical expertise in Ethereum, Solidity, and blockchain infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of smart contract security and standards
  • Experience working with enterprises, fintechs, and crypto-native platforms to design and deliver solutions
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executives and communicate with engineering teams
  • Builder’s mindset with experience prototyping and iterating with partners
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience deploying Solidity contracts
  • Nice to have: familiarity with tokenized securities, stablecoins, or digital asset rails
  • Nice to have: experience in regulated financial environments
  • Nice to have: public speaking or publishing experience in blockchain or fintech

Responsibilities

  • Drive partnerships with fintechs, crypto platforms, and technology providers
  • Design partnership-led solution architectures and prototypes
  • Deliver partnership-driven revenue growth targets
  • Coordinate and deliver Proofs of Concept with internal teams and partners
  • Represent the company at industry events and associations
  • Translate partner requirements into product and roadmap opportunities
  • Mentor and advise solutions architects across the sales organization
  • Travel up to 40% to support partner engagements and events
