About the Role
You will define and drive the HR strategy and OKRs, directing the HR function to scale processes and deliver value to employees. You will own end-to-end hiring across functions and seniority levels, design and run performance management and total rewards programs, and lead organization design and succession planning. You will build learning and development initiatives, oversee employee relations and HR operations (onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, exits), and use data to inform people decisions. You will coach and develop managers, manage ad hoc HR projects, and continuously improve HR practices using emerging tools and trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Proven track record leading an HR organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep generalist HR knowledge across multiple pillars
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts
- Strong data analysis and storytelling with data
- Operational excellence and high attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity handling sensitive employee data
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset
