Head of Product
About the Role
You will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for secure machine connectivity and IoT solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering on technical implementation (including Rust-based solutions), analyze market and user needs, present product vision to stakeholders, build customer and partner relationships, mentor product team members, and represent the product at industry events.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful software products
- Strong technical and industrial background
- Proven experience developing deploying and maintaining software solutions, preferably using Rust
- Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems
- 5+ years of product management experience in critical infrastructure industries
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities in English
- Fluent in English; German language skills preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with user-centric design thinking
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams
