Head of Sales
About the Role
You will define and execute a combined sales and partnership strategy to scale presence across fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and crypto ecosystems. You will drive strategic enterprise deals and high-impact partnerships, structure win-win collaborations, and manage key accounts. You will mentor, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales and partnerships team and implement scalable, data-driven sales processes. You will maintain pipeline health, own forecasting and performance analytics, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading or executing in strategic leadership team management and market engagement
- Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies targeting fintech banking corporate and payments sectors
- Experience recruiting mentoring and motivating sales teams with financial institutions and fintechs
- Proven ability to build and nurture senior-level relationships with leaders in fintech banks corporates and payments providers
- Experience designing scalable data-driven sales processes pipeline management forecasting and performance analytics
