Head of Strategy
About the Role
You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Growth Officer and other C-suite executives, helping them make decisions and develop strategies. You will coordinate and manage critical projects across the company, facilitate communication between leadership and departments, organize and prioritize executive issues, act as a gatekeeper for stakeholders, prepare and follow up on executive meetings, and lead special projects to completion while working closely with stakeholders throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, strategy lead, business development, or similar role
- Experience working with top-level executives and supporting leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative working style and ability to partner across functions
- Must be based outside of the United States
- Preferred familiarity with the blockchain industry and Ethereum infrastructure
- Preferred experience in startup or fast-growing technology companies
- Preferred strong leadership skills with ability to influence across levels
