Head of Talent

About the Role

You will develop and drive the recruiting strategy, create and execute diverse and inclusive hiring plans, and proactively source and engage niche talent pipelines. You will analyze and report recruiting progress, facilitate a positive interview experience, develop repeatable processes and automation, and train and mentor junior People team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical and business recruiting experience
  • Experience leading teams that hire specialized technical talent; crypto experience preferred
  • Proven track record building inclusive and diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing and closing
  • Proven ability to proactively source and engage niche talent pipelines
  • Strategic, proactive and data-driven decision making

  • Create and execute diverse and inclusive hiring strategy
  • Analyze and report on recruiting progress to team leads regularly

  • Hire and train junior Talent Acquisition employees
