Head of Trading
About the Role
You will launch and operate an internal trading desk, manage multi-million-dollar stablecoin liquidity, and develop liquidity provision, arbitrage, and market-making strategies. You will design trading workflows, tools, and controls, build real-time monitoring, risk frameworks and P&L attribution, integrate systems with APIs and smart contracts, and recruit and mentor traders and analysts. You will deliver concise performance updates to leadership and LPs.
Requirements
- 2+ years on a prop or institutional trading desk
- Proven arbitrage or liquidity provision track record
- Deep DeFi and AMM knowledge and on-chain execution expertise
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar pools
Responsibilities
- Design trading workflows tools and controls
- Develop and deploy liquidity provision arbitrage and market-making algorithms
- Oversee deployment of $20M+ stablecoin liquidity optimizing ROI and slippage
- Build real-time monitoring risk frameworks and P&L attribution
- Integrate trading systems with APIs smart contracts and on-chain data
- Recruit mentor and manage traders and analysts
- Deliver concise performance updates to leadership and LPs
