HR Business Partner
About the Role
You will work directly with the Head of People and the Ops team to support hiring end-to-end, deliver a sharp candidate experience, and run onboarding and offboarding for a fully remote, global workforce. You will execute performance and feedback cycles, act as the primary contact for people questions and day-to-day operations, and improve people tools, processes, documentation, and internal communication. You will operate effectively in an async remote environment across time zones and ensure smooth People Ops execution.
Requirements
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and asynchronous work
- Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Located in EU or Middle East time zones with availability to support additional time zones
- Genuine interest in people, culture, and building high-performance teams
