HR Business Partner, Europe

About the Role

You will work directly with department heads and senior management to develop and execute People strategies that support business objectives. You will provide strategic advice on organizational structure, change management, and employee engagement. You will act as a regional mediator to resolve grievances, advise and train managers on performance feedback and conflict resolution, and identify team and executive coaching needs. You will analyze regional trends and HR metrics to design solutions, implement organizational change initiatives, and evaluate training program ROI. You will ensure consistent application of People policies, maintain compliance with local laws, and serve as the primary HR support for German and EU employees. You will also ensure payroll and insurance are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience with focus on employee relations talent management and compliance
  • In-depth understanding of local and regional labor laws and regulatory environments
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and preferably additional regional languages
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR analytics
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
