HR Business Partner - Maternity leave cover
About the Role
You will own end-to-end recruiting across EMEA and APAC, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage the full recruiting lifecycle. You will ensure a high-quality candidate experience, support managers and employees on day-to-day People topics, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, contribute to people programs and documentation, and help run employee engagement and internal communications in the Tel Aviv office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or a combined Talent HRBP role
- Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting across multiple geographies (EMEA and/or APAC preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments (SaaS fintech crypto or similar industries a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Highly organized able to juggle multiple roles and priorities in parallel
- Hands-on pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (HiBob experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and market expectations
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing screening interview coordination offer support and closing
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and efficient structured hiring processes
- Support managers and employees on day-to-day People topics
- Contribute to People programs internal documentation and scalable processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives internal communications and team events in the Tel Aviv office
- Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with the global People team on ad-hoc projects related to growth culture and organizational effectiveness
