HR Generalist
About the Role
You will partner closely with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, coach managers on performance and team effectiveness, and handle employee relations with care and consistency. You will own full-cycle recruitment for business-critical roles, proactively source candidates, manage the candidate experience, and run onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR systems. You will also contribute to employer branding and people initiatives to strengthen engagement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations at high-growth startups or tech companies
- Hands-on experience combining HRBP responsibilities with full-cycle recruiting, ideally for GTM or commercial teams
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships with managers and senior leaders
- Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and basic employment law
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities
- Highly organized, proactive, execution-oriented, and able to take ownership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based; this role does not offer visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to GTM leaders and managers across the employee lifecycle
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness
- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations and ensure compliant resolution
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for GTM and business-critical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and creative strategies
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and ensure timely communication
- Support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR systems
- Contribute to employer branding and people initiatives
