HR Generalist

About the Role

You will execute and coordinate core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, relocations, leaves, and policy acknowledgements. You will maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, create reports and dashboards, draft policies and SOPs, and troubleshoot system issues. You will partner with senior People leaders and cross-functional partners to implement and iterate People programs and ensure timely communications and compliance.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles
  • Experience with core HR processes and HR systems
  • Experience designing or iterating onboarding, engagement, or performance programs
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Organized, responsive, and execution-focused
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring clarity
  • Collaborative and able to partner with senior HR leaders

Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, relocations, leaves, and policy acknowledgments
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for People programs and employee lifecycle events
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
  • Implement and iterate People programs such as onboarding, manager training, and policy rollouts
  • Identify program gaps and propose improvements
  • Draft program materials including guides, timelines, templates, and internal communications
  • Create reports, org charts, and dashboards for leadership review
  • Troubleshoot HR system issues and coordinate with vendors
  • Draft and maintain People policies, templates, FAQs, and SOPs
  • Track policy acknowledgments and ensure documentation compliance
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to revise and localize policies across regions
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT
  • Coordinate employee communications and policy rollouts
  • Track initiative progress, flag blockers, and follow up on timelines
