HR Operations Manager

About the Role

You will run core HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes. You will manage HR systems and records, draft employment documentation, support payroll and visa/relocation processes, produce HR analytics and reports, and handle employee queries. You will also participate in cross-functional and HR strategic projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level (BSc/MSc)
  • 3-5 years of experience owning significant parts of the HR function in a high performing organisation or 3-5 years in a non-HR function with strong interest in moving to people function
  • Confidence with Excel and working with datasets
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Ownership mentality and ability to execute operational tasks
  • Ability to understand commercial strategy and adopt a cross-functional mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, training and internal moves
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee records, HRIS and ATS maintenance, and ensure compliance with local regulations and GDPR
  • Draft employment contracts, addendums and termination documentation
  • Oversee visa applications and relocation processes
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate HR data collection and submission
  • Maintain HR systems and utilize new features to meet business needs
  • Perform HR analytics and produce management reports, including payroll and holiday schedules
  • Support employee queries in coordination with HR, Compliance and Talent teams
  • Support HR and Talent strategic projects such as hiring, engagement surveys and training
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
