Human Resource Lead
About the Role
You will own the HR/People function and balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operations across the employee lifecycle. You will scale and operationalize company values, coordinate learning and development, support team leads in people management, and run bi-annual performance and compensation review cycles. You will manage HR operations including HR system administration, documentation, automation, payroll checks, visas and relocations, and lead process improvement projects. You will support employees with queries, maintain morale, coordinate HR matters globally (including Singapore and remote employees), and handle confidential compensation matters with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Degree level education (BSc/MSc); MBA or continued education is a plus
- 5-8 years owning significant parts of the HR function in high performing organizations or 5-8 years in a non-HR function with strong interest in people function
- Strong experience in performance review cycles, HR operations, compensation and employee initiatives
- Ownership mentality with ability to execute strategic initiatives and operational tasks
- Confidence with Excel and working with data sets
- Experience with HR systems and HR-related automation tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to see the bigger picture, understand commercial strategy, and work cross-functionally

- Manage HR operations related to visas and relocation
- Initiate and execute process, automation and HR system improvement projects
- Support employees with questions, feedback and individual matters to maintain morale
- Coordinate HR matters globally including coordination with Singapore office and remote employees
