Human Resources Officer
About the Role
You will serve as the primary HR contact in Bouaké, handling employee requests and day-to-day HR operations. You will draft employment contracts and amendments, maintain and archive personnel files, manage disciplinary cases, prepare payroll inputs, handle social security and CNPS filings, keep HRIS records up to date, onboard new hires, conduct exit interviews, process leave and benefits, ensure compliance with local labor procedures, and provide operational support on HR projects.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within an international company
- Licence or higher education in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of Côte d'Ivoire labor law and local legal obligations
- Proficiency with office software and HRIS
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire
Responsibilities

- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy

- Process and monitor annual leave and absences
- Administer employee benefits (insurance, retirement, bonuses, family allowances, maternity leave)
- Ensure HR compliance with local labor law and internal policies
- Provide operational support for HR projects and initiatives
- Communicate HR-related information to employees
