About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics Economics or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role
• Experience at a Fintech or BaaS company preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets
• Experience with product analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with SQL and other data query tools (desirable)
• Experience in financial services or credit card industry (desirable)
• Knowledge of customer onboarding best practices (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of key company accounts into the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
• Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Train product analysts on onboarding best practices
• Support the design of onboarding workflows for new business customers
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance the user experience
• Define business requirements with product managers and create user stories
• Use analytics tools to measure onboarding success and report findings to stakeholders
