Implementation Manager
About the Role
In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. You will manage complex implementation engagements end-to-end, capture and document clients' business goals, and translate those goals into clear technical requirements. You will work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to document data requirements and architecture, help clients integrate with product solutions, debug and investigate complex issues, and lead customer launches to ensure post go-live success. You will build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders and drive technical discussions that deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or similar
- 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, data analysis or related fields
- Experience in enterprise architecture including AWS, integration technologies, and APIs
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Effective communication and client management skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive amidst ambiguity
- Desire to work in a hyper-growth startup environment
- Passion for and curiosity about digital assets
- Background in FinTech or Tax & Accounting preferred
Responsibilities
- Project manage complex implementation engagements for enterprise accounts
- Oversee project plans and implementations with subject matter experts and engineers
- Capture and document clients' business goals and translate them into technical requirements
- Document clients' data requirements and architecture and drive technical discussions
- Establish and own client relationships with business and IT stakeholders
- Assist clients with integration to the product suite
- Debug and investigate complex issues and escalate when needed
- Lead customer launches and ensure post go-live success
