Infrastructure Engineer
About the Role
You will design, build, and operate production-grade infrastructure solutions, taking projects from proof of concept to production and ongoing maintenance. You will research and implement open-source solutions, champion SRE best practices, improve observability and alerting, automate operational tasks, support deployments and CI/CD workflows, assist engineers with infrastructure-related issues, and provide high-quality support to customers and external communities. You will work remotely with significant overlap with US and European time zones.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Ceph
- Experience with Postgres
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Experience with Prometheus
- Experience with Grafana
- Experience with Apache Iceberg
- Knowledge of Networking and CI/CD pipelines
- 2–10+ years of engineering experience
- Ability to learn quickly and reason from first principles
- Significant working-hour overlap with US and European time zones
