Institutional Sales Manager
About the Role
You will manage the full deal cycle with TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations to drive capital deals for NUVA products. You will build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and major protocols. You will develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures that address the needs of different institutional segments. You will lead negotiations from first contact through closing and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients. You will collaborate closely with legal, compliance, product, and design teams to execute deals and support post-sale operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of institutional sales experience in Finance or Web3
- Proven success in sourcing structuring and closing institutional deals
- Established network among asset managers funds banks DAOs and large Web3 protocols
- Strong understanding of financial products Web3 RWA and DeFi
- Proactive self-motivated and results-oriented
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
- Ability to work with legal compliance product and design teams
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Finance Accounting Economics Engineering or related field
