Institutional Sales Representative - Asia

About the Role

You will originate and close high-value institutional opportunities across custody, staking, trading, brokerage, and related products. You will build and maintain long-term client relationships, create and execute targeted regional sales strategies, run client and product campaigns, and collaborate with legal, product, compliance, marketing, operations, and client experience to close deals and deliver excellent client outcomes. You will represent the company at industry events and provide client feedback to inform product development.

Requirements

  • Direct crypto industry experience and network in the Asia market
  • Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance
  • Excellent communication skills and sales acumen
  • Fluent English and native Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close a pipeline of institutional opportunities across custody, staking, trading, and brokerage
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Lead sales efforts in Asia and create targeted regional strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, product, compliance, marketing, operations, and client experience to close deals
  • Lead client or product specific campaigns and projects to drive new business
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events
  • Provide client feedback to inform the product roadmap
