Integration Engineer

About the Role

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, integrations, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
• 1+ years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and drive deliverables
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with API specifications like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding
• Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents
• Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions
• Manage implementation projects including timelines, quality, and risk
• Build understanding of customers' business problems and success criteria
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
