Integration Manager
About the Role
You will lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. You translate technical and functional requirements into practical, scalable solutions, own SDKs APIs and integration guides, design and implement integrations, monitor project quality and timelines, mitigate risks, and provide product feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager integrations engineer technical account manager solution architect or systems analyst
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment fraud risk or compliance domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs such as OpenAPI and web development
- Experience writing scripts or internal tools (bash Python SQL Ruby Golang Postman)
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to clients
- Own and maintain public-facing SDKs APIs integration guides and support documents
- Analyze client technical and functional requirements and design solutions
- Manage implementation projects including timelines quality risk and deliverables
- Build deep understanding of customer business problems and success criteria
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
