Integrations Engineer
About the Role
You will lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will translate technical requirements into practical solutions, own APIs, SDKs, and integration documentation, analyze JSON payloads and SQL data, manage implementation projects and timelines, and provide product feedback to internal stakeholders while working directly with clients and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with integration and automation expertise
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Experience working with multiple technical teams, internal and external
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI
- Experience with web development and writing scripts to build internal tools (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end support during client onboarding
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
- Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions
- Manage implementation projects including monitoring quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverables
- Build understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
