International Government Sales Lead

About the Role

You will sell complex software solutions to international governments and governmental departments, focusing on law enforcement and financial agencies. You will build and manage sales pipelines, structure and negotiate contracts, and close multi‑figure deals. You will engage senior stakeholders and partner across departments to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to international governments and governmental departments, particularly law enforcement and financial agencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organisation and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue targets and closing six‑figure deals in complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders within government departments
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex sales processes
  • Strong degree of flexibility, mobility and independence with a focus on meeting sales quotas
