Investment Manager (Business Development)
About the Role
You will scout and analyze promising Web3 projects, guide them through the sales funnel, and close deals to bring them onboard. You will perform holistic valuations, support live projects to grow into standout products, and respond quickly to strategic business needs by solving partner problems. You will maintain strong client relationships and use CRM and Microsoft Office tools to track opportunities and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Web3 industry
- Strong understanding of market research techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
