Investor Relations Manager
About the Role
You will cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, act as a trusted partner to understand investor objectives, and align those with company opportunities where appropriate. You will prepare investor materials including quarterly reports, presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents. You will organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, manage logistics and content, monitor market trends and competitor performance in blockchain and gaming, assist capital raising and investor due diligence processes, and ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the decentralized web
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in English

- Prepare investor materials including quarterly reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments in blockchain and gaming
- Support capital raising activities and manage investor due diligence processes
- Ensure investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
