Investor Relations Specialist
About the Role
You will create and manage investor communications, support investor reporting and management, and engage with top investors across divisions. You will collaborate with legal, marketing, and investor support to improve the investor experience, craft investor emails, materials, and call scripts, and manage multiple investor workflows. You will use CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Affinity and prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint. You will be expected to obtain Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or be willing to obtain them within six months) and leverage data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 63 (or willingness to obtain within the first six months)
- 2-5 years of experience in investor relations investor sales private wealth management or a related financial services role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or Affinity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Data-driven decision making
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience within Blockchain Tokenization or Web3 is a plus
- Experience with financial modeling is a plus
