IT Engineer – Enterprise Technology
About the Role
You will diagnose and resolve complex issues across Google Workspace, Okta and other SaaS platforms. You will troubleshoot MDM configurations and manage device lifecycles, provide deskside and remote user support, and handle network and peripheral connectivity issues. You will design preventative solutions, evaluate security implications, create technical documentation, and autonomously implement automation for recurring problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting technical teams
- Strong grasp of DNS, DHCP, VPNs and basic network troubleshooting
- Background in scripting for automation and tool creation (Python, Bash)
- Experience supporting teams working with sensitive or classified data
- Experience operating within compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001
- Deep understanding of IAM including SAML, SCIM and OIDC
- Experience configuring and supporting development environments
- Advanced troubleshooting across macOS and/or Linux environments
- Familiarity managing configurations in git (Terraform)
- Expert knowledge of MDM platforms, device enrollment, configuration profiles and security policies

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams
