IT Tech Analyst
About the Role
You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot systems and applications, and monitor performance to keep services highly available. You will manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure components, assist with deployments and migrations, implement and maintain security protocols, and document configurations and procedures. You will analyze business needs to recommend IT solutions, participate in integration and upgrade projects, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services. Stay current with emerging technologies and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish or native English speaker
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration or related technical role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux and macOS
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Functions)
- Understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, DNS and DHCP
- Familiarity with IT security protocols, endpoint protection and compliance standards
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash is a plus
- Experience with IT automation, monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Prior experience in financial or banking IT environments is a plus
