Junior Finance Analyst
About the Role
You will process invoices, expense requests, reimbursements, card approval requests, and per diems through internal systems such as Moss, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will follow up with stakeholders for missing documentation and support routine accounting and payment tasks. You will shadow and learn internal payment policies, accounting procedures, and financial controls to build proficiency across transactional finance workflows. You will engage with teams across the company to address inquiries and act as a reliable point of contact for routine finance matters. You will contribute to process optimisation and support adoption of automation and AI-assisted workflows, and assist with manual crypto-related accounting tasks under guidance. You will provide general assistance across the finance function and participate in ad-hoc projects to support the team.

- Previous startup experience is a plus
- German language knowledge is a plus
