Junior In-house Counsel
About the Role
You will manage the daily legal agenda, interpret and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the crypto and fintech sector. You will provide clear legal guidance on contractual, regulatory, and employment matters, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, monitor legislative changes in the EEA, UK, and USA, advise on legal aspects of new product launches and business strategies, and help maintain contract archives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a legal role
- Familiarity with the EU regulatory environment
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide actionable advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience conducting legal research and staying current with legal trends
- Proficiency with technology and legal research tools
