Junior Project Manager
About the Role
You will manage the full life cycle of internal and external projects with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. You will develop, review, and approve comprehensive project documentation and ensure regulatory alignment. You will lead project teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage tasks to meet quality and deadline expectations. You will prepare presentations and reports, perform performance analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project management and 1–2 years of practical involvement in compliance
- Knowledge and exposure to the fintech and cryptocurrency industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices with a strong process orientation
- Operational and analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment
- Basic experience in compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and adherence to industry standards
- PMI certification (preferred)
- Fluent English (speaking, writing)
Responsibilities
- Plan and control project timelines, budgets, risks, and customer interactions including expectation management and feedback collection
- Develop, review, and approve comprehensive project documentation such as plans, technical documentation, compliance reports, and regulatory alignment documents
- Lead project teams and coordinate interactions with multiple stakeholders ensuring compliance considerations throughout all project stages
- Manage tasks with attention to quality, deadline control, regulatory conformity, and acceptance of results
- Prepare presentation and reporting materials including performance analysis, compliance audits, and recommendations for process development
