Junior Sales Representative

About the Role

You will manage inbound and outbound sales from lead to close. You will prospect and qualify leads, present hardware and hosting solutions, tailor proposals to customer needs, nurture relationships, and follow up to ensure seamless onboarding. You will document interactions, use CRM tools, learn product and Bitcoin industry knowledge through on-the-job training, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales with demonstrated customer service
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of outbound sales activity (KPIs)
• Proficiency with sales and CRM systems
• Coachable and eager to learn with ongoing training
• High level of computer literacy for remote work
• Interest or background in Bitcoin (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a robust sales pipeline through high-activity outreach
• Respond promptly to prospect inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking and cold calling
• Present product and service solutions and deliver tailored proposals
• Conduct calls and presentations to educate prospects on offerings
• Coordinate with sales leadership to onboard new customers
• Assess prospect needs, follow the defined selling process, and close deals
• Collaborate with sales team to share strategies and exceed quotas
