Key Account Manager Web3 & Gaming
About the Role
You will manage and grow high-value relationships with game studios, guilds, exchanges, infrastructure providers, and blockchain projects in Korea. You will act as the primary liaison for partners, identify collaboration and integration opportunities, coordinate with product, marketing, and engineering, track partner performance and renewals, and represent the company at industry events and meetups.
Requirements
- Native-level Korean fluency, professional-level English; Chinese is a plus
- 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development in gaming, Web3, or tech
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, token economies, NFTs, or GameFi preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and communicate across cultures and teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and partnership reporting
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture key partnerships with Korean Web3, exchange, and gaming clients
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and Korean partners
- Identify collaboration, co-marketing, and technical integration opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to deliver tailored partner solutions
- Track partner performance, manage renewals, and prepare business reviews and strategic updates
- Stay current on Web3 trends, gaming innovations, and Korean market dynamics
- Represent the company at Korean industry events, conferences, and community meetups
