KYC Manager
About the Role
You will lead day-to-day KYC operations and mentor the onboarding team. You will draft and maintain the KYC program and standard operating procedures, keep up-to-date with U.S. and global KYC laws, and implement Enhanced Due Diligence. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support global client onboarding, maintain customer risk scoring, coordinate training and escalations, conduct quality assurance on completed KYC reviews, and manage KYC vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years KYC program experience including legal entity and individual onboarding
- Operational mindset with experience leading day-to-day onboarding operations
- Experience with industry-leading KYC vendors
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering to build KYC controls
- Strong communication skills across organizational levels
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- CAMS or CFCS certification
