Lead Designer
About the Role
You will define and drive the design vision for platform and products. You will lead a team of product designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to map user flows and build solutions, create and maintain design systems and style guides, conduct user research and testing, and present design solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience in tech companies
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work with complex interactions and interfaces
- Proficient in Sketch Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its impact on user experiences is a plus but not required
