Lead Designer

About the Role

You will own and execute GTM design work, shaping visual identity across marketing touchpoints. You will produce high-quality assets (landing pages, campaign creative, event materials, decks), establish and maintain scalable design systems and templates, manage and mentor freelance designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive creative standards and reviews.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing or visual design
  • Experience owning and evolving a brand system across channels
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns systems thinking and creative leadership
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Motion and basic video editing skills are a plus
  • Proven experience leading projects end-to-end from brief to delivery
  • Strong visual and conceptual storytelling skills
  • Clear confident communication with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM design strategy
  • Deliver high-caliber assets across web, campaigns, product launches and events
  • Establish and maintain scalable design systems and templates
  • Create and manage component libraries and QA checklists
  • Provide direction and oversight to freelance and contract designers
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Comms, Events and Recruiting
  • Champion creative excellence through feedback loops and design critiques
