Lead Designer
About the Role
You will own and execute GTM design work, shaping visual identity across marketing touchpoints. You will produce high-quality assets (landing pages, campaign creative, event materials, decks), establish and maintain scalable design systems and templates, manage and mentor freelance designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive creative standards and reviews.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing or visual design
- Experience owning and evolving a brand system across channels
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns systems thinking and creative leadership
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion and basic video editing skills are a plus
- Proven experience leading projects end-to-end from brief to delivery
- Strong visual and conceptual storytelling skills
- Clear confident communication with executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own GTM design strategy
- Deliver high-caliber assets across web, campaigns, product launches and events
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and templates
- Create and manage component libraries and QA checklists
- Provide direction and oversight to freelance and contract designers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Comms, Events and Recruiting
- Champion creative excellence through feedback loops and design critiques
