Lead Developer Relations Advocate
About the Role
You will define and implement the Developer Success strategy, create educational resources, and ensure developers are supported and engaged with the Polymer network. You will write tutorials and case studies, own and maintain developer documentation, and route technical inquiries to the right teams. You will represent the developer voice to engineering, collaborate with cross-functional partners to align initiatives with product goals, cultivate relationships with community leaders and influencers, and manage inbound and outbound developer communications to drive adoption and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in developer relations or devrel-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing education campaigns
- Experience with Solidity
- Front End development experience
- Creative problem-solving and results-driven mindset
- Owner mindset with ability to learn and document complex concepts
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in distributed environments
- Familiarity with interoperability products and market is a plus
