Lead Instructor Trainer (NatSec)
About the Role
You will design and deliver live and virtual training to a global community of learners, develop succinct course materials and mixed media learning modules, and create assessments. You will conduct on-chain investigations into phishing, hacks, exploits, ransomware, money laundering and terrorism finance, maintain investigation proficiency, respond rapidly to training requests, and travel frequently (50–75%).
Requirements
- 3-5+ years leading trainings or technical instruction
- Subject matter expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency or digital assets
- Experience building coursework, curriculum and assessments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to command a room and deliver effective instruction
Responsibilities
- Program manage and conduct live and virtual training
- Produce learning modules in writing, mixed media, and in-person briefings
- Develop and maintain curriculum and testing materials
- Identify and build relationships with industry partners
- Investigate complex cases involving phishing, blockchain exploits, hacks, terrorism finance, account takeovers, money laundering, sim swaps and ransomware
- Maintain working proficiency in on-chain investigation and illicit activity typologies
- Respond to training requests and scope new programs rapidly
- Travel for training and briefings 50-75% of the time
