Lead Product Designer
About the Role
You will own and shape the product user experience, brand and design system. You will build extraordinary experiences that surprise and delight customers, foster design thinking, and create simplicity and clarity in complex web3 interfaces. You will take design problems end-to-end from initial research through shipping and iterate rapidly in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote role working US timezones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping crypto or fintech products
- Customer obsession and deep user empathy
- Ability to own UX, visual and brand design
- Experience owning design problems end-to-end from research through shipping
- Ability to thrive in high ambiguity and a fast paced environment
