Lead Product Manager
About the Role
You will define and execute the Back Office product domain strategy, manage the domain roadmap, and drive delivery of user value. You will coordinate and mentor multiple cross-functional product squads, lead 1–2 cross-domain initiatives from concept to launch, and use data to measure product performance. You will validate PRDs and solution designs, own demo and testing flows, manage rollouts with stakeholders and third parties, and build growth plans for product managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product roles including senior or lead positions
- Experience ideally in fintech, crypto, or complex B2B systems
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of product analytics and unit economics
- Experience with cross-functional and distributed teams
- English language proficiency B2-C1
Responsibilities
- Define and execute domain product strategy aligned with company objectives
- Shape and manage the domain roadmap and priorities
- Ensure cross-domain alignment and delivery of user value
- Lead strategic projects spanning multiple teams and functions
- Support and align 2–4 cross-functional product squads
- Guide and mentor product managers on priorities, focus, and planning
- Forecast resourcing needs and surface constraints early
- Evaluate initiatives based on impact versus effort and manage delivery timelines
- Validate PRDs and solution designs from business and edge-case perspectives
- Own product demo and testing flows and advocate for measurable value in every release
- Improve processes to reduce time-to-market and increase quality
- Collaborate with product leadership, marketing, sales, and support for rollouts
- Align stakeholders and manage rollout plans and third-party partnerships
- Co-create and use success metrics to assess product performance and inform priorities
- Build growth plans with product managers, run 1:1s, and provide feedback
