Lead Recruiter GTM
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and commercial roles, owning sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and close. You will build proactive talent pipelines, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, advise senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning, and use data and tools to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with ownership of complex hiring portfolios primarily in-house
- 2+ years recent experience in a start-up or scale-up partnering with founders and executive leadership
- Deep expertise hiring GTM and revenue-generating roles
- Proven trusted-advisor mindset influencing hiring decisions and workforce strategy
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability from intake and sourcing through assessment and close
- Advanced sourcing skills for hard-to-hire commercial profiles in competitive markets
- Data-driven approach to hiring using metrics and funnel insights
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing shifting priorities in high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or platform businesses and hiring globally
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Own and scale hiring across GTM and commercial functions by building proactive pipelines through strategic sourcing
- Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and close
- Deliver a consistently high-quality, high-touch candidate experience for senior commercial talent
- Continuously evolve hiring approaches by exploring new sourcing methods, tools, and market insights
- Leverage ATS, GenAI tools, and global talent networks to attract and engage candidates
- Partner closely with senior commercial and growth leaders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans
- Support GTM-focused employer branding initiatives to position roles effectively in the market
- Use hiring data and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and track funnel health
