Lead/Senior Front End Engineer
About the Role
You will own and drive the frontend of a complex DeFi application. You will design and implement scalable React and TypeScript architecture, integrate Solana wallets and transaction flows, visualize real-time on-chain data, optimize UI performance, collaborate with product and backend teams, and mentor future frontend engineers.

- React experience building and shipping production frontends

- Real-time data handling
- State management
- Error handling in blockchain UIs
- Proven leadership owning architecture and delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration in startup environments
- DeFi protocol knowledge (nice to have)
- Margin trading or restaking mechanics (nice to have)
- Startup or founding engineer experience (nice to have)
- Contributions to open-source Solana or DeFi projects (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Define frontend architecture and coding standards
- Develop core UI features using React and TypeScript
- Integrate Solana wallets, transaction flows, and on-chain adapters
- Create responsive, real-time, high-performance interfaces
- Collaborate with backend and product to deliver roadmap milestones
- Mentor frontend hires and review code
