Legal Counsel
About the Role
You will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to support operations; draft, review, and negotiate contracts across business areas; lead high-value negotiations; implement and improve contracting processes; develop and execute dispute management and litigation strategies; advise on employment matters; oversee company secretarial duties; identify legal risks and implement mitigations and controls; support data privacy and consumer protection compliance; provide regulatory and licensing advice; manage external counsel; and contribute to cross-functional legal projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law or equivalent
- 3–5 years of professional legal experience
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Proven experience in corporate governance including board and shareholder meeting planning
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial legal and regulatory requirements
