Lifecycle / Retention Manager (Braze)
About the Role
You will own Braze end-to-end — email, push, in-app messaging, inbox, segmentation, and journeys. You will design and maintain automated onboarding, retention, and win-back flows, set up targeted promotions and incentives, run A/B tests and weekly experiments, and track activation, retention, and reactivation KPIs to inform decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle CRM or retention for a consumer app
- Hands-on proficiency with Braze (Canvas segmentation and messaging)
- Proven ability to move metrics not just send messages
- Short-form mobile-first copywriting instincts
- Comfort using data and analytics to inform decisions

- Set up and monitor promotions and targeted incentives
