Manager Product Partnerships and Initiatives

About the Role

You will identify and evaluate external partners aligned with product goals across stablecoins, tokenization, and platform infrastructure. You will negotiate commercial and technical agreements, coordinate integrations with Engineering and Compliance, and manage partner relationships to ensure value delivery. You will lead strategic cross-functional initiatives, improve product planning and launch readiness, and synthesize complex decisions into clear action for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in product partnerships strategy consulting business operations or product management
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts for structuring deals and assessing tradeoffs
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with executives and external partners
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity building structure and driving cross-functional execution
  • Deep curiosity for technology and system integrations
  • MBA or experience in high-growth or regulated environments is a plus
