About the Role
You will shape and maintain high-quality prediction markets. You will decide which events to launch and when, draft precise rulesets for new market types and edge cases, and tighten wording on live markets. You will audit resolutions for consistency and source integrity, monitor trends and the internet for timely coverage, build pipelines to scale recurring market categories, and create playbooks and automated checks to improve rule drafting and dispute handling.
Requirements
- Sharp legal and analytical mind capable of spotting loopholes
- Strong editorial taste and judgment
- Exceptional technical writing skills producing clear neutral and unambiguous prose
- Market intuition about incentives liquidity and trader behavior
- High agency and ability to proactively identify and fix issues
- Data and process rigor including mining data building checklists and scaling audits
- Fast decision-making in a rapid environment
- Forecasting fluency (bonus familiarity with crypto sports or political markets)
- Experience in prediction markets sports-book operations compliance or exchange rulebooks
- Background in law risk journalism or dispute resolution
- Ability to script or automate QA tools (SQL Python)
- Network in key verticals or personal trading or market-making history (nice-to-have)
